Public support is shifting towards Deontay Wilder winning Saturday night’s blockbuster heavyweight fight against Tyson Fury in Las Vegas.

Once the underdog, Wilder’s odds have flipped from +121 into -120 favoritism at BetAmerica following a number of significant bets for the American over the past month. In the same period, Fury’s odds have drifted from -157 to +100.

In BetAmerica’s Fight Outcome market, Deontay Wilder by KO, TKO or Disqualification is the favorite option, with the odds of that outcome moving considerably from +165 to +110.

"We’ve been taking bets on this fight for a year and Fury was favorite right up until the start of this month, but sentiment has shifted significantly towards Wilder over the past two weeks," said BetAmerica’s Andrew Brown.
