15 more terrific races get rolling for Wednesday’s action at Palm Beach. One of the best 545 yard racers in Juggernaut goes in the finale, along with other races that have some quality plays and great watches. Here are the top races I will be following for the Matinee at “The Beach.”

Race 12 Grade B 545 Yards

#3 CrazyZorro from Marsella Racing is the Grade A drop that should pop for the win in this one. Has the fastest time this season of this field (29.57 sec) and is sitting next to greyhounds that won’t outbreak him.

#5 Polish Pirate is also coming from the top class but has looked very pedestrian the last 3 races. Was running well before in this grade and should be on the back of the ticket here.

CrazyZorro gets back with the big dogs after a win here.

Picks: 3 - 7 - 5 - 2

Race 14 Grade A 660 Yards

The 1 box at this track has been an advantage for some time in the 660.

#1 Dawlee is undefeated in this box all time at this distance and just came off an impressive win two races back over the top 660 racer here in Flying The Who. 9 wins on the season for North Shore Kennel and has bolted a 37.95 sec best time earlier this year.

All #5 Kiowa Kay Fannie has done since switching to this distance is finish in the Quinela in three straight and breaks better than most racers at this distance. Has a great chance for the win but Dawlee’s setup on the inside is too much for Fannie to overcome. Dawlee for the W.

Picks: 1 - 5 - 6 - 3

Race 15 Grade A 545 Yards

The race of the day without a doubt!

Is #6 Juggernaut the top 545 yard racer here? I think his brother Puppy Stakes Champion Storm Control would say no, but it is a fair question.  Juggernaut has won over 50% of his races in his young career and has just blitzed two straight wins against solid competition. One of the best rushes currently at the track.

The main threat to Juggernaut’s mini win streak is #1 JS Froot Loops from owner Shannon Henry, who has a dynamic close and gets the prime 1 box to fire out of. Has never won in this box in her career, but is too talented to not have some type of play on her.

The Juggernaut continues his dominance at Palm Beach and gets season win #11 for owner Steve Schlachter.

Pickss: 6 - 1 - 7 - 3

Top Pick Race 12 - #3 CrazyZorro
